Additionally, we often conduct focus groups and work with jury consultants in trials in State and Federal court. Many cases require the use of a private investigator. While press coverage of high profile cases can make a lawyer famous, it is almost never helpful, and can often interfere with a successful defense. We will never exploit our client’s misfortunes.
